Terms & Conditions 1. Children and Extra Beds Infants (0–2 years): Stay free if using existing bedding. Baby cot/crib may be requested directly from the property (subject to availability). Children (3–12 years): Stay free if using existing bedding. Extra bed, if required, will incur an additional charge. Guests 13 years and above: Considered adults. Must use an extra bed which will incur an additional charge. 2. Smoking Policy This is a strictly non-smoking property. All guestrooms and public areas are non-smoking. Guests will be held liable for all costs, damages, and penalties caused by smoking on the premises. 3. Deposit Policy A refundable deposit of MYR 50 (cash) is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, subject to room inspection. 4. Group Bookings When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 5.
